In today’s episode, I share with you a step-by-step strategy on how you can launch your offer in 6-weeks.

Now, if you’re like most people, you probably have no idea where to start or what the process even looks like.

So let’s get right into it.

Build Your Audience

Now before we dive into the step-by-step program launch strategy I run leading up to open enrollment, I want to jump into the question I always get from people:

What if I have no one to launch to?

First of all, if this is your very first time launching, know that we all start there.

But just because you are starting now doesn’t mean you can’t grow a very engaged audience.

My biggest tip for you is not to wait until your program or offer is ready to start building your audience.

There are a few ways you can start building your audience:

  • Build an audience on social media
  • Build an audience on a Podcast or YouTube
  • Build your email list

Boost Engagement

Another critical aspect you want to pay attention to, especially six weeks before your launch, is boosting your engagement with your audience.

From a social media side of things, start having a conversation in direct messages with those dream clients.

Do that over six weeks, and they will see all of your promotions when your offer becomes available.

Stop Selling

Another critical aspect of social media is that people hate being sold.

If you send direct messages to these people before you ever had human interaction with them, they won’t respond in the way you want them to.

Weekly Content

Six weeks before you’re ready to announce that you have an offer is when you need to be strategic with the content you are putting out.

This is the key to your program launch strategy!

Content, in terms of social media posts, YouTube episodes, podcast topics, emails that you are sending to your list, and blogs that you are writing.

All of these pieces of content will be seen by these individuals who you have spent the last little while building a relationship with and getting in front of.

This is where the six-week runway comes into play.

6 Week Program Launch Strategy

What you do during a six-week runway is essentially getting into the mind and head of your dream client…

… and positioning them to want to say YES to your offer without selling them.

For example, let’s say that in six weeks, I am running a free webinar that is going to teach them XYZ…

… but at the end of the day, I aim to get them to sign up for The Spotlight Theory program.

I have to look at my back-end offer and determine what my audience needs to realize, overcome, and learn before they are ready to say yes to joining my program.
